All rooms at the Sportsmans Lodge are centrally heated and have flat screen televisions connected to freeview. The rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms all have hand sanitisers, liquid soap, hairdryers, hot water bottles, towels, and spare toiletries. The communal guest lounge and dining room are open however social distancing is still practiced. The garden remains closed to protect our flock of geese, ducks and hens from the threat of bird flu and to maintain a bio security space. Breakfast will be served in the dining room but must be pre-ordered the night before. Free Wi fi is available for all guests.
The Sportsmans Lodge is an ideal location if you wish to escape from the hustle and bustle of modern day living . However if you want entertainment and require everything to be on your doorstep we would not suit your needs. There is a local village pub approximately 400 yards from us and various places in Amlwch, Llangefni, and Cemaes Bay which serve food. Remember however we are a rural location so most eating establishments stop serving hot food at 8.00pm.
Rooms will be cleaned on a daily basis by housekeepers, however if you do not want them to enter your room during your stay, please let us know in which case a small basket with cleaning materials will be provided to enable you to wash your cups and glassware and empty your bins if you prefer. Breakfasts must be pre-ordered and can be served to the room if required or dining room depending upon available space.
A small information booklet with breakfast order forms, wi fi codes and other useful information will be provided upon arrival which we hope will add to the pleasure of your stay. Please take a minute to familiarise yourself with the contents.
