Botanist Restaurant

Perfect for celebrating a special occasion, the Botanist Restaurant offers an outside dining terrace for al fresco dining.  Whether celebrating a birthday, an engagement, wedding anniversary or family occasion the restaurant promises to make the event special. 

With a seasonal menu of both classic favourites and more creative dishes, the restaurant has fixed-price lunches and succulent Sunday roasts.

Open for lunch, daily from 12.00pm to 2.00pm. Dinner from 6.00pm to 9.00pm and Afternoon Tea daily from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.

Lounge

The Lounge menu is available every day from 11.00am until 10.00pm and offers quick and tasty snacks and dishes for everyone. There is a range of delicious club sandwiches,  gourmet burgers and sumptuous desserts, all prepared fresh and to order.

Private dining and events:

The hotel offers two dining rooms adjacent to the restaurant which are ideal for private lunches and dinners.  The Cardoon Room accommodates up to 12 people and the newly refurbished Club Room up to 28 people.

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel and the bar and lounge provide comfortable relaxed space to read or watch television.
