Chapter Two Bar, Malton

Situated overlooking Malton Market Place, Just off the East bound A64 by car with Malton Railway Station & Bus Station only a five-minute walk Chapter Two Bar is within easy access. Free parking is available at the rear in the Farmers Market.
Chapter Two consists of two traditional lounge bars and a wonderful tap room with open fire. Offering local cask ales, many international lagers, fine wines & spirits. Our Gin palace has a vast array of local and unusual gins and we pride ourselves on freshly made cocktails.
Leading out onto our sun terrace Court Yard weather permitting Chapter Two Bar is a great place to socialise. Known as the “Social Local” you can while the time away chatting or simply keeping up with the local gossip!
Our accommodation consists of three twin & three double rooms all ensuite. Facilities include refreshments, fresh daily linen, hairdryers, digital televisions. The beauty of the accommodation being away from our bar is you can come & go as you please.
We unfortunately do not serve breakfast you will find many fine eateries satisfy any palate.
Ryedale offers many on the doorstep attractions, Castle Howard, Eden Camp, Yorkshire Lavender Farm, Pickering Steam Railway, Flamingo Land, North Yorkshire Moors, The Wolds & the gateway to the East Coast. Malton is proud of The Palace Cinema one of the smallest independently run cinemas in the country. Why not take a gentle train ride into the City of York taking in York Minster, The Shambles or the Yorvic Viking Centre?
