Situated in the heart of Hastings only a few minutes walk from Hastings town centre with its shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, the beach and train station which offers excellent links to London, Brighton and Ashford .
A short stroll will take you to the Old Town of Hastings featuring the remains of the first castle to be built by William the Conqueror, the Fishermans Museum, the Jerwood Gallery, the Blue Reef Aquarium and lots of shops, boutiques and cafes.

Please note that we have Stairs to all rooms, there are no lifts/elevators and we do not cater for breakfasts. Townhouse is a listed Victorian building as such the rooms do not have double glazing.
Also for guests who have booked our Budget Double Room not En-suite the Private Toilet is outside the room.
We are a Guest House not a Hotel. We do not have a 24hours reception service. Check-in hours are from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Check out before 10am.
