Panoramica

The residence Ôtelia is located in a lively area of Lyon and offers self-catering studios, seminar rooms, onsite restaurant, terrace, garden and SPA to its guests.

The 123 fully furnished apartments of the residence ensure optimal comfort. They are all equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a kitchenette. Each apartment has a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV.

The tram stops Route de Vienne and Jet d'Eau Mendès are only 250 meters away. The city center of Lyon, the Perrache train station and the Part Dieu train station are only a 10-minutes tram ride from Ôtelia.

A discount is available for stays of more than 4 nights. In oder to benefit from the discounted rates, please enter the following discount codes at the time of booking: For stays of 4 nights and above: 4NUITS+ and for stays of more than 7 nights: 7NUITS+

Cibo & bevande

All apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a kitchenette. Please note that a deposit is requested to access the cupboards of the kitchenette which include kitchenware.

Breakfast is at 10 € / person and 8 €/child (up to 10 years). The breakfast buffet is served at the restaurant Côté Berthelot (located on the ground floor) at the following times:

- Monday to Friday: 7.00am to 11.00am

- Saturday and Sunday: from 8.30am to 10.30am

- Breakfast is not served on public holidays

The restaurant Côté Berthelot is also open from Monday to Sunday for both lunch and dinner.

The supermarket Franprix is located 350 m away from the property. It's open from Monday to Saturday until 7.00pm and on Sunday morning.

Terreni & Giardini

The Blandan Park - a green area of 17 hectares is the ideal place for a stroll and is only a 7 minutes walk from the Residence.

Underground parking: 10 € / night. **

Wellness Center: You may enjoy the multi-sensory space with high-end facilities: steam bath, jacuzzi, sauna, relaxing shower, ice fountain and fitness room. The SPA is available at an additional charge from Monday to Friday from 5.00pm to 9.30pm and Saturday from 4.00pm to 8.30pm and Sunday from 8.30am to 11.30am. It is closed on public holidays. **

** Please note that discounted rates are available to users of the underground parking and the Wellness Center if they are staying for more than 7 nights.

All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using the existing bedding. A child under 2 year (s) is charged €10 per night per person when using existing beds. If you need a cot, please contact the property in advance.

Pets are admitted against a surcharge of 17€

Housekeeping is not provided on Sundays and public holidays, hence extra towels are provided in the room. Cleaning is done once a week for stays of 7 nights or more and every day for stays of up to 4 nights. A cleaning kit for the crockery is available on request only.

By car: Take the A6 motorway towards Lyon (Autoroute du Soleil). To enter the city take exit Part Dieu. The residence is located on the N518.
