Every our rooms including : private entrance, private bathroom, private bedroom, air conditioned, towels for bed and for bath, soap, fridge.
The Suite Vivaldi ( a quadruple room ) has also a private kitchen with table chairs microwave and large cooker.
We are 25 minutes far away Venice so you don't must to pay any city tax ( very expencive in the center of the city ) and you can find free parking inside the propriety
