OWL HOUSE prides itself on the informal mix of period character and individual rooms.
Rooms are spacious and come equipped with towels, linen, tea & coffee, hairdryer, free Wifi and off road parking.
We must state that we run as a small, self-catering guest house and private full house rental property; guests use a self check in system to have independence whilst staying. Our guest kitchen is popular as it has all the facilities that you would expect and a dining area. If renting the full house you have a large living room to use.
Some rooms have an en suite or separate private bathroom, others share a bathroom.
FIG TREE APARTMENT
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and is in the basement annex of the property, access via external stairs. It is self contained with a private patio.
We are a five minute walk from Redruth train station and a 5-10 minute walk from town. Locally, the property is on a leafy, desirable residential street with a fish and chip shop and a restaurant within a 3 minute walk.
Further afield, the towns of Truro, St Ives, Falmouth and Newquay are all within a 30 minute drive and the A30 is very accessible. The closest beaches of Porthtowan and Portreath are within 3.5 miles.
We enjoy welcoming people visiting for business and leisure and longer stays can be accommodated. Well behaved children are very welcome and we will try and meet special requests where we can.
