Jez and Kev welcome you to Willow Dene Guest House, our family run Guest House with 8 en-suite bedrooms which offers a friendly and personal service.
We are situated in the North Bay and are only a 5 minute walk from Peasholm Park , The Open Air Theatre and the North Bay beach. We are a 10 minute walk from the Town Centre and a 25 minute walk to the Scarborough Spa or South Cliff side of town.
Come and stay with us in one of our 8 spotless rooms with modern en-suites and all the facilities in the room you would expect from a higher rated establishment including a minimum 32" smart Screen TV, DAB clock radio, USB ports next to the beds, a generous hospitality tray, thermostatically controlled heating, fans, hairdryers, toiletries, bath sheets and crisp white linen.
We offer either Room Only or Bed and Breakfast.
For those booking breakfasts, we run a pre-order system, and all food is sourced from local butchers and farms ensuring less food miles travelled whenever possible. We can also cater for those with special dietary requirements with notice.
We DO NOT have a communal lounge, but guests are welcome to use the dining area.
Parking - We can park 4 cars in our car park and preference is given to those booking directly through our website or by telephone. Bookings through on-line travel agents will be issued with a permit for on street parking.
Children - We only accept children aged 7 and over who can sleep in the bunk beds or single beds provided.
Wi-Fi - There is free fast Wi-Fi in all guest rooms.
Check in - Is between 2pm and 8pm for bookings made by telephone or our website. Check in is 3pm to 7pm for bookings made through on line travel agents.
