A village pub with rooms, welcoming all new doggie friends. We boast the most idyllic Dorset countryside view and live by a simple vision that is, everything we do is designed to be loved by our customer’s, whether it’s on their holidays or a visit to the local for any occasion.
The Inn dates back to 1906, providing homecooked locally sourced food and accommodation in a beautiful rural setting. The pub is situated in picturesque Powerstock, just outside the market town of Bridport.
Powerstock is a working village with its farms, 15th century Norman church and village school. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside, rolling hills and deep valleys. To the east stands Eggardon Hill and Powerstock Common with its ancient hill forts, forests and fallow deer.
The bustling market town of Bridport is only 15 min away while Chesil Beach, Lyme Regis and West Bay are all readily accessible with their beaches, fossils and coastal walks.
Each of our en-suite rooms benefits from the “view”. The rooms have toiletries, a mini bar to store your own drinks. Rooms are complete with King size beds, a chesterfield sofa bed and hi speed wifi with freeview TV.
