Our large, ground floor, en-suite rooms & studios offer accommodation for 1 or 2 guests. Each offers a comfortable seating area with coffee table, flat screen TV, kettle & fridge. The newly refurbished studios also have fitted kitchenettes & dining facilities, with microwaves & toasters, but not ovens/hobs.
Free WiFi & private parking is included directly outside the room.
Our location provides excellent transport links to Newcastle, Gateshead, Alnwick and the Scottish borders as we are less than 4 miles from the A1.
We have a bus stop directly outside the property, and buses run up to 3 times an hour to and from the centre of Newcastle.
We are an ideal base for exploring the delights of Northumberland including Holy Island (Lindisfarne), Alnwick Gardens, the Market Town of Morpeth and the glorious unspoilt Northumbrian Coast. For the genealogy enthusiast we are approximately 4 miles from the Northumberland Archives at Woodhorn, Queen Elizabeth II Country Park, Ashington.
All rooms & studios are un-serviced with access provided by a key-box. The key-box code is issued by text/ email before arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: The bar & restaurant previously provided by The Swan at Choppington is now closed. Our rooms are now offered for sale on a room only basis without the adjacent Pub.
