Lounge and kitchen/diner windows bring the glorious Devon countryside, as well as valley and sea views to you while you eat.
A separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and a family bathroom is equipped with shower and bath. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed with ensuite shower bathroom; bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 a single and bedroom 4 a bunkbed.
There is private parking on the driveway for 3 cars at the front of the property in front of the garage. Access to Lower Upover is through the front door on the side of the property. A path leading downwards from the driveway curves around to this side access. The lawned area at the front of the property is reserved for Higher Upover guests (staying in the 1st floor apartment above Lower Upover).
A terraced area with dining seating for 7 is accessed through the front door on the side of the house or the French doors from the kitchen. A pathway from these doors leads to a patio area with BBQ. Dogs are request only and charges apply. All towels and linen are included.
