Upon entering The Grange building on the ground floor, a staircase leads you up to the 1st floor, where Larkrise Penthouse Apartment front door is located.
A further staircase opens up to a lofty open plan living/dining/kitchen space which gives you extensive views over the surrounding countryside and coast.
The well equipped kitchen provides for all your needs with fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and dish-washer.
After sharing a meal round the dining table, snuggle up on sofas to watch films on the Smart TV.
The 3 bedrooms are suitable for families or friends: the master has a super-king bed (twin on request) with a Smart TV and ensuite shower and WC; a king size (2 x 2”6’ singles on request ); and one twin with 2”6’ zip-and-link beds (king size on request).
The second bathroom is equipped with free standing bath, separate shower and WC. Towels and linen are provided. There are communal gardens and on site parking for 2 cars. Dogs are welcome on request only and charges apply.
