Privately owned and successfully managed for 6 years with a local owner it’s the perfect place to enjoy as friends, family, couples or even a business trip for that extra flexibility.

To your right is a comfortable lounge with gas fire to keep you warm during the winter months. To your left is the open kitchen diner which is the perfect space to host your meals if you choose not to eat out in the town. Through the door leads into a small utility with washing machine and a downstairs shower room with toilet and sink. The property also hosts an enclosed yard which is perfect should you wish to bring bikes, push chairs or just throw your sandy clothes in there after a day at the beach.
Up the stairs with the natural light flooding through the skylight and landing window you will find the family bathroom which consists of bath, toilet and sink. The cottage hosts 2 spacious bedrooms. 1 Double and 1 Twin.
The property does not have parking however we provide FREE parking permits for on street parking on a first come first serve basis for the duration of your stay and have detailed videos that can be sent prior to arrival to help but are always on the end of the phone or if in town happy to come down to assist.
