. The right of admission to the hotel even if a guest has a confirmed booking. Any guests not behaving appropriately will be denied admission to the property.
•Any guest staying in the hotel and disturbing the peace of the property will be asked to leave or will be removed from the property with no refunds.
•The Hotel reserves the right to ask for ID from the guest & a Refundable deposit of £100 as a security or a Credit Card Guarantee or both
•The Hotel will charge the guest a min of £100 for any damages to the property, by signing our terms & conditions on check-in you are agreeing to it.
•All Hotel rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking in a Non-Smoking room is a criminal offense.
• A strict no smoking and no drugs policy (£100 Fine)
• No Visitors are allowed in the rooms.
• A min of £50 penalty for loss of a room key
All Non-refundable bookings are charged in full on the day of booking.
