Having been a stable block over 100 years ago and then Michelin star restaurant, Suites and Huts are set in a peaceful, private courtyard, so no areas in any of the rooms are shared. All are finished and furnished to a high standard.
The rooms sit in the grounds of a restored, thatched Hunting Lodge, parts of which date back to the 1500's. Steeped in history the Lodge and adjacent car park were used as a deer yard where young deer were brought back to until they were strong enough to be returned to the herd.
The room in the old Restaurant is unique in the way it has been constructed, vastly different from its previous life which was a Michelin star restaurant then housing Polo ponies for the Comte De Madre in the early 1900 and before that the care of young deer over the winter.
The Huts are constructed in a raised Garden and have all the facilities you would expect in a modern room, Central heating luxury showers and outdoor seating areas.
All Rooms have their own en-suite bathroom and private, distanced entrances.
Well behaved pets are allowed but there is a surcharge, please enquire for costs.
