The Grey Horse, first established in 1832, is located approximately 1 mile from the centre of Darlington in the lovely village of Haughton-Le-Skerne, with transport links just outside the property. We are perfectly located for access to the A1M and the A66 and just 2 mile away from the train station.
Local Attractions include; Darlington Arena, Darlington Railway Museum, Darlington Civic Theatre, The River Tees, South Park, Walworth Castle Birds of Prey, Archers Jersey Dairy Ice Cream, Ruff ‘N’ Tumble, Blackwell Grange Golf Club, Dolphin Centre swimming baths and gymnasium, Darlington’s Brick Train.
Please note our rooms are situated above a busy pub and although every effort is made to keep noise to a minimum, the music may be a bit loud especially on a weekend.
We have live entertainment on Saturday evenings which ends promptly by 11pm.
