You must be over 18 to check in independently. Children under 18 are not permitted to stay by themselves unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We are a peaceful and welcoming guest house situated in a prime location in central London. We are located in a lovely, quiet residential area of West Hampstead with excellent connections in and out of London. A quintessential London neighbourhood vibe with local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants just a short stroll away.
We provide a variety of room types, some with their own bathrooms and some with shared bathrooms, to suit all budgets. We are very conveniently located for access to Wembley Stadium, the conference centre, and to the City.
Check in: 14:00 (2:00pm) - 23:30 (11:30pm) (arrivals may be allowed outside this window if your travel plans can't be adjusted however this is subject to availability)
