The B&B Graf is located in a green and quiet part of the “Prenzlauer Berg“ between the suburban train station “Landsberger Allee” and “Greifwalder Strasse”.
Prenzlauer Berg is one of the “In-districts” Berlins, but nevertheless a very quiet area. The famous “Kollwitz Square” can be reached within 7 minutes by car or 15 minutes by tram. Apart from the “Kollwitz Square” there is the upcoming “Boetzow” district, which can easily reached by foot.
For the “Alexander Square” and the Berlin Zoo, you can take the bus “200”, which is an alternative to one of the Sightseeing tours and an affordable way to explore Berlin; it stops closeby to all major Berlin sights like the Alexander Square with the legendary TV tower, the Berlin dome, opera house “Unter den Linden”, German Museum, National Gallery, State Library, Unter den Linden, Brandenburg Gate, Potsdam Square, Reichstag, and the famous Zoo.
The B&B is very handy for people visiting the “Velodrome”, which is only 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot.
The accommodation offers 3 Double/Twin and 1 Single room at affordable prices; additionally, you have free access to the garden area. Breakfast is not included but can be booked additionally directly at the B&B.
